- Height determined by 1st landing going down stairs. Remove gate on side to open up access to new deck.
- Sound wall in front of AC compressor with gate to allow for service access.
New fence

- Dig posts and place fence in front of existing fence
- 6-8 ft high, depending on local restrictions
- New gate placed further up the driveway, where stone deck structure ends.
- Turn under deck area by stone into outdoor tool shed. Add corrugated ceiling to direct water away from inside.

Bathroom Remodel (Minimal plumbing updates)
- New vanity with sink
- Either keep existing tub with updated tile surround or replace tub (Maybe a smaller sitdown therapeutic tub with jets)
- Redo shower footprint to make a bit smaller as well as change tiles. Remove second shower head and faucet. Change glass... maybe make full glass front with sliding door.
- New paint job and new tile.
- Redo ceiling to fix previous damage.
